Dossier managers Advantages Supervision Act
As a Dossier Manager, and with the support of a Project Manager, you will help to guarantee the compliance of operations (events, interactions) set up by our customers.
In contact with them and with healthcare professionals, you will be required to :
- Managing the administrative side of operations: drafting contracts, retrieving documents, etc.
- Submit to the relevant authorities
- Manage the collection and analysis of the financial elements of the file (invoices, supporting documents)
- Monitoring files until they are closed and published transparently
- Participate by reviewing operating procedures to ensure the operational excellence of our service.
Project managers
As a Project Manager, you will be the main contact for a portfolio of customers for the management of their operations.
Assisted by a project manager, you will help to ensure that these transactions (events, interactions) are compliant.
In contact with our customers and healthcare professionals, you will be required to :
- Managing the administrative side of operations: drafting contracts, collecting documents, etc.
- Submit applications to the relevant authorities
- Monitor files until they are closed and published at the transparency
- Provide the reporting and KPIs required to monitor the activity of your scope
- Participate in meetings and projects as part of the monitoring process.
