Healthcare players, turn your regulatory obligations into competitive advantages

complya, your operational support, anti bribery law

Created in 2018, COMPLYA is the result of 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including twelve years in the support, implementation and management of outsourced processes for anti bribery law.

Anti bribery law

Regulation has brought about significant changes in the day-to-day practice of healthcare professionals. While it has strengthened professional ethics and patient confidence, it has also introduced an additional layer of administrative formalities.

Transparency

Transparency in the interactions between healthcare professionals and the pharmaceutical industry has become an essential pillar of medical ethics. This process aims to ensure complete clarity in financial relationships and other links of interest, in order to maintain public confidence in healthcare decisions.

Good Professional Practices

The adoption of Good Professional Practice is key to ensuring compliance, given the strict standards and high expectations. Here are a few practices to illustrate the point: ongoing training, high-performance information systems, a culture of compliance, regular audits, transparent communication, etc.

anti bribery law: A MAJOR REQUIREMENT FOR THE PHARMACEUTICal industry

Meeting your obligations in an increasingly competitive environment!

Regulations governing the benefits paid to healthcare professionals and the transparency of links are often perceived as a labyrinth of constraints, weighing mainly on the shoulders of the healthcare industries.

The shadow of controls looms large, while the transparency of links between healthcare professionals and the healthcare industry is scrutinised, turning every partnership into a potential source of controversy.

Companies feel this pressure like a sword of Damocles, liable at any moment to result in financial penalties or damage to their reputation.

On a day-to-day basis, the complexity of requirements is increasing, deadlines are tightening, and the pressure is mounting, leading to a heavy and complex administrative burden for your employees, who experience it as a constraint that threatens their relationship with healthcare professionals.

Put compliance at the heart of operational excellence!

In a context of increasing competition between healthcare players, compliance can become a vector for innovation and differentiation, encouraging companies to reshape their practices, strengthen trust with stakeholders and forge an image of integrity and transparency. It paves the way for ethical collaborations, while guaranteeing fair competition that benefits the entire healthcare ecosystem.
